Krista Bolger

Registered Psychotherapist

Provides services in Carleton Place, and virtually

Krista believes you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported- especially when life feels overwhelming. She works with curious clients who are open to gently peeling back the layers to better understand themselves and their experiences.

She supports children, teens, and adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, neurodivergence, and the complex relationship between mind and body, walking alongside them through both the hard and hopeful moments with compassion and care. Krista thrives on engagement and believes that the therapeutic space is co-created, fuelled by your presence, honesty, and willingness to show up as you are, on the good days, the hard days, and everything in between. She values authenticity and welcomes clients who bring their full selves into the room.

Grounded in connection first, Krista weaves together humanistic, somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal, and mindfulness-based approaches. Her work is always guided by your story, your pace, and where you are in your journey, supporting deeper healing and self-understanding along the way.
